1. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and to other countries shown as available at checkout.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery periods and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made.

Delivery dates provided by us are estimates unless we expressly agree that a particular delivery date is essential.

2. International orders

Where we offer international delivery, customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for local import duties, taxes, customs charges or other charges imposed in the destination country, unless we expressly state otherwise during checkout.

International customers should check applicable local requirements before ordering.

3. Your right to cancel

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will normally have the right to change your mind and cancel your purchase.

For most goods, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You do not need to give us a reason for cancelling.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

4. How to return an item

Unless we state otherwise or the product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.

You may inspect a product in a manner similar to how you could examine it in a shop. We may be entitled to make a deduction from a refund where the value of the product has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

5. Refunds

When you validly cancel an eligible online purchase, we will refund the amount due in accordance with your statutory rights.

Where applicable, this includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we do not have to refund the additional delivery cost.

We may withhold a refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have returned them, where the law permits us to do so.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method and, for eligible change-of-mind returns, generally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or relevant evidence of return.

6. Faulty or incorrect products

Your legal rights are separate from our change-of-mind returns policy.

If a watch or other product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights, please contact us as soon as possible at the contact details below. Please provide your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem.

Under UK consumer law, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Depending on the circumstances and timing, consumers may be entitled to remedies including rejection and refund, repair or replacement.
