Where do you ship?
Free delivery is offered across Kashmir. Additional regions can be confirmed on the Shipping page before you place an order.
What warranty is included?
Each Kashmir Watch includes a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Full terms are on the Warranty page.
Can I return a watch?
Unused items in original packaging may be returned according to the Returns page. Please contact support before sending a parcel.
Do I need an account to checkout?
Guest checkout is available. You can also create an account to track orders and save addresses.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card, PayPal, Klarna and express wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout when those methods are available.
